This Petition has been filed seeking for direction directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection through the second respondent on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are issues between two religions and as such, the matter may be referred to the Execute Magistrate to take appropriate action under section 145 Cr.P.C.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2020, after issuance of notice to the respondent and also after giving opportunity to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. It is also made clear that if any proceedings are needed under section 145 Cr.P.C, the second respondent shall refer the matter to the concerned executive magistrate under section 145 Cr.P.C. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
