(CRIME NO.11 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on petitioner in Crl OP NO.7523 of 2022, dated 01.04.2022, that the Petitioner shall report before the Tiruppur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KUMARASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7523 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the Tiruppur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
