ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The victim minor girl and the accused are close relatives and taking proximity of the alleged offence took place, this Court earlier moved the bail petition and same was dismissed.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submit that on completion of investigation, case has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.33 of 2022 by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC) for the POCSO offence and papers under Section 207 of Cr.P.C., has been already served on the accused and matter is adjourned to framing of charges.

3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is in prison for more than 6 months. This Court directed the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and frame charges and proceed with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination of witnesses. Hence, Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to seek for bail after examination of key witnesses.
