PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application dated 13.3.2013 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders to allot Plot No.250/D1 (194.79 sq.meters) in Vellore Neighbourhood Scheme Phase III, Sathuvachari Village, Vellore District in the light of G.O.Ms.No.554 dated 26.6.1990 issued by the 1st respondent. Heard both and perused the records.

2. The above writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to allot plot No.250/D1 (194.79 sq.meters) in Vellore Neighbourhood Scheme Phase III, Sathuvachari Village, Vellore District based on his application dated 13.3.2013.

3. In the light of the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.3.2013 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
