This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to permit the students of the petitioner's college to write the First Semester Examination commencing from 17.04.2023 on payment of necessary examination fee and to permit the petitioner's college to upload the list of students admitted for the B.Ed course for the academic session 2022-2023 based on the order of continuation of recognition granted by NCTE dated 17.02.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023. 2. Ms.S.Buvaneswari, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for Respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the recognition which was granted to the petitioner's institution was initially withdrawn. Subsequently, recognition was granted pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. Pursuant to the recognition now granted, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 14.03.2023 seeking permission to upload the students list and to permit the students to write the 1st semester examination commencing from 17.04.2023 upon payment of necessary examination fee which has been paid initially on 30.10.2021. Since, the examinations are nearing and the petitioner's representation has not been disposed, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation made on 14.03.2023 seeking to permit the students of the petitioner college to write the first Page No:3/6

semester examination and upload the list of students admitted for B.Ed course for the academic year 2022-2023.

5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Standing appearing for the respondent.

6. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the Respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 seeking to permit the students of the petitioner college to write the first semester examination and upload the list of students admitted for B.Ed course for the academic year 2022-2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
