ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- These petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120 B, 109, 147, 148, 341, 302 of IPC and 3 & 4 of Explosive Substance Act 1908 r/w 301 & 149 of IPC in Crime No.185 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions and have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition after examination of PW.1.

4. The Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry is directed to complete the committal proceedings in PRC No.1 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the committal proceedings.
