Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondents, particularly the order of the second respondent dated 11.11.2011 vide Ref.Na.Ka.A2/1487/2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondents to issue new Family Card or permit to use the existing Family Card bearing No.02/G/0191438.
