This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2015 [Copy of the complaint filed along with the petition is dated 03.07.2015].
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, this petitioner/wife has sent the complaint against her husband, by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint in person and on such complaint being given, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
