Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated 16.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5935 of 2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

5935 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 7 and 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Prevention of Corruption Amendments Act, 2018 in Crime No.3 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
