This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 352 days in representing the above appeal against the conviction order dated 05.01.2024 in S.C.No.21 of 2016 passed by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
