2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that these parties have entered into an Agreement of Sale and that, the opposite party has not complied with the same. The matter essentially relates to a civil dispute.
