Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide "A" class facilities to the petitioner's husband Senthilkumar @ Mudikondan (Convict No.1083, Central Prison, Salem) in prison in accordance with the G.O.No.385 dated 19.09.2023, issued by the 1st respondent and to consider the petitioner's request to transfer her husband back to Central Prison, Cuddalore in light of my representation dated 07.02.2024.

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2024, and provide "A" class facilities to the petitioner's

husband Senthilkumar @ Mudikondan (Convict No.1083, Central Prison, Salem) in prison in accordance with the G.O.No.385 dated 19.09.2023, issued by the 1st respondent and to consider the petitioner's request to transfer her husband back to Central Prison, Cuddalore.

2. In the report submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, it is stated that the petitioner's husband viz. Senthilkumar @ Mudikondan, Convict No.1083, Central Prison, Salem has already been provided with "A" class facility.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, the respondents are now directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2024 for prison transfer and pass final orders on the same within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
