The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Forum, inasmuch as, he wants to file a Claim Petition. Consequently, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as being withdrawn. However, the withdrawal of this Writ Petition shall not stand in his way to approach such appropriate Forum.
