The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Forum, inasmuch as, he wants to file a Claim Petition. An endorsement in this regard is also made by him in the Writ Petition today. It is open to the petitioner, if so advised to seek redressal before appropriate forum. Consequently, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as being withdrawn. However, the withdrawal of this Writ Petition shall not stand in his way to approach such appropriate Forum.
