ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.131 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This is the second Anticipatory Bail application. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant's father and maternal father and thereby caused injuries to them. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the earlier application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10036 of 2022 has been dismissed as withdrawn on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

29.04.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed on him.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and the investigation is pending and that there is no change of circumstances.

6. Taking into consideration of the bad antecedents on the petitioner and also having seven previous cases, this Court had dismissed the earlier applications filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
