Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass as interim injunction restraining the Respondents and their guardians or any persons or persons authorized or empowered by them on their behalf from encumbering, alienating or creating charge over the petition schedule mentioned property by way of sale, mortgage, charge, lien or lease any other conveyance in of any manner with respect to the suit schedule property, [in CMP.7682 of 2016] pending in AS.347 of 2016 [ii] To pass an interim injunction restraining the Respondents, their men, agents, servants or any one claiming through them from interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petition schedule property in OS. 424/06, [in CMP.7683 of 2016] pending in AS.347 of 2016 respectively.
