Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide necessary police protection enabling the petitioner to take back his Tata Hitachi Machine ex.350 LCH Super Machine bearing S.No.350 V 0473, stationed at within the limits of the second respondent police station, which was forcibly taken away from the custody of the petitioner by the Area Manager, Sri Ram Equipments Finance Co. Ltd., Theerthamalai Commercial Complex, Salem with the aid and assistance of some goondas headed by a bogus DSP, deputed by the said Area manager, contrary to the order passed in I.A.No.21 of 2016 in O.S.No.16 of 2016 by the Subordinate Court, Dindigul and contrary to the undertaking given before the Court by the Sri Ram Equipments Finance Co. Ltd., by taking necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2016.
