..Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2020, requesting the third respondent to survey and measure the land owned by him within a stipulated time.

ORDER
On the consent given by either side, the main writ petition itself has been taken up for final hearing.
2. This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2020, wherein the petitioner has requested the third respondent to conduct survey in the subject property and lay boundaries.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property, by virtue of the registered sale deed dated 13.12.2012. The petitioner approached the third respondent and requested to measure the property and mark boundaries. The petitioner also paid necessary fees for conducting survey. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation is not considered till date. Therefore, he is before this Court by way of this writ petition.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.07.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and take a decision with regard to surveying of the property and marking the boundaries, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the third respondent along with the copy of the representation dated 10.07.2020, with all other relevant documents and along with the copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
