The petition has been filed for directing the third respondent not to harass the petitioners in relation to the petition given by one Dhanalakshmi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by Dhanalakshmi, she was issued C.S.R.No.19 of 2020, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. She further submitted that the issue between both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties have been referred before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal, for initiation of proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. and the same is pending.

3. Recording the above submission, the petition is closed. No costs. However, if the summons issued from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal, for initiation of proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the enquiry.
