The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in tender reference RC. Number: 613/PUR -1/2023 dated 27.02.2023, 2nd Corrigendum dated 03.04.2023 and Clarifications in RC No: 613/PUR-1/2023 dated 12.04.2023 on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 that the very same tender notification in tender reference RC.Number:613/PUR-1/2023 dated 27.02.2023 was challenged before this Court in W.P.No.7276 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 16.03.2023, dismissed the said writ 2/4

petition. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner therein preferred appeal in W.A.No.660 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court quashed the tender notification. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
