This criminal original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in DVA No.18 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and hence, this petition has become infructuous.
