Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax condition imposed to the petitioner report before the respondent police on first day of every month until further orders by order of this Honble Court on 24.05.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7237 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11529 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAKSHMI KANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7237 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11529 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 328 of IPC in Crime No.289 of 2018, while modifying the condition imposed on the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
