C.M.A No.2946 of 2019 and CMP No.15644 of 2019 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that though in clause (iii), para 10 of the order in C.M.A No.2946 of 2019 dated, 19.06.2023, pay and recovery has been ordered to the appellant Insurance Company, it has been wrongly mentioned in clause (iv) " The owner of the vehicle is directed to deposit the entire award amount as ordered by the Tribunal, to the credit of MCOP No.2123 of 2016, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment, in accordance with law. Hence, he prays to delete the said clause (iv) in para 10 of the order and also delete the para 3 in the decree.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, clause ( iv) in para 10 of the order and para 3 of the decree in CMA No.2946 of 2019 are hereby deleted. Clause v shall be read as clause (iv) in para 10 of the order and para 4 shall be read as para 3 in the decree.

4. In other aspects, the earlier order passed by this Court dated 19.06.2023, shall stand unaltered.
