O R D E R

This Petition has been filed seeking for direction directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the third respondent to measure the land concerned in receipt No.068/02/03/20-21/003561 dated 20.07.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the petitioner requested the revenue officials to measure the land and then mark its boundaries by payment of necessary charges to Udhagamandalam Municipality. On the said request, the third respondent was appointed to measure the land and earmark its boundaries, but the counter parties are objecting to survey the land. Therefore, the third respondent can very well seek police protection to the concerned police officials namely the second respondent herein, and on such request of the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
