The Petitioner has filed the present Miscellaneous Petition to implead the State of Tamil Nadu represented by its Principal Secretary to Government, Home (Courts 1A) Department, Fort St. George, Chennai - 600 009 as Second Respondent to the main Writ Petition.

Inasmuch as the proposed party viz., the State of Tamil Nadu represented by its Principal Secretary to Government, Home (Courts 1A) Department, Fort St. George, Chennai - 600 009 is a proper and necessary party and also that, without the presence of the http://www.judis.nic.in

VENUGOPAL,J., AND SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J., sr said party, the present Writ Petition cannot be decided for an effective efficacious adjudication of the controversies involved, this Court, in the interest of justice, allow the present impleading petition, seeking to implead the State of Tamil Nadu represented by its Principal Secretary to Government, Home (Courts 1A) Department, Fort St. George, Chennai - 600 009 as Second Respondent to the main Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 5.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment of impleadment in the main Writ Petition.
