ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders within a limited time frame with regard to grant patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Anadheenam land in survey no.78 at Thadalur Village, Thiruththani Taluk, Ranipettai District by considering the representation dated 24.07.2020 of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It seems that the petitioner submitted representation dated 24.07.2020 seeking patta in respect of the land comprised in survey No.78 situated at Thadalur Village, Thiruththani Taluk. On receipt of the same, the third respondent conducted detailed enquiry and found that the petitioner failed to submit any document to show that she is continuously in possession and enjoyment of the subject land and failed to submit other documents to prove her contentions. Therefore, third respondent dismissed the claim of the petitioner by order dated 14.12.2020. As such, the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the third respondent dated 14.12.2020 in the manner known to law, if so advised. No order as to costs.
