(CRIME NO.95/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8567 of 2022, dated 13.04.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.SUNDARA RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8567 of 2022 on 13.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
