Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 30.07.2020 of the petitioners within a limited time frame, against the order of the second respondent in Pa.Mu.No.1276/2020/B3 dated 12.06.2020, and till then the respondents 1 to 3 not implement the said order of the second respondent.

ORDER
On the consent given by either side, the main writ petition itself has been taken up for final hearing.
2. This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners on 30.07.2020, within the time limit fixed by this Court.
3. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners have filed an appeal before the first respondent as against the order passed by the second respondent on 12.06.2020, wherein, the second respondent has cancelled the patta issued in favour of the petitioners and issued patta in the name of the fifth respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have filed an appeal and are before this Court seeking for a direction for early disposal of the appeal.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioners on 30.07.2020, after issuing notice to the fifth respondent, strictly in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation before the first respondent along with the copy of the appeal dated 30.07.2020 with all the connected documents and also a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
