The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the parties have reconciled among themselves and have decided to end the lis between them.

2. Today, both the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court.

3. An apprehension has been raised by the respondent with regard to the various allegations raised by the petitioner against her. Since the parties have come to an amicable settlement, that too in the interest of the child, this Court is of the view that the pleadings in this Original Petition could be redacted.

4. In such view of the matter, this Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected application is closed.
