O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.126 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under sections 294 [b], 352 and 506[2] of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that final report has already been filed in this case before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.7 of 2020 as against A1 and A2 and in

C.C.No.52 of 2021 as against A3 and A4, who are Juvenile, before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
