In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and pass final orders relating to charge memo, dated 09.11.2011, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
