Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order passed in Crl.O.P.NO.4821/2022 dated 08.04.2022 Crl.O.P.No.5384/2022 dated 11.03.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K. BOMMURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4821 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5384 of 2022 on 08.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents police as and when required for interrogation.
