Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition for the petitioner to appear before the respondent police station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.2047/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24771 /2021 vide order dated 28.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2047 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24771 of 2021 on 28.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
