Prayer in all W.Ps.: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to pay subsistence allowance for the period of suspension from 01.10.2014 to the Petitioners and to conclude the enquiry in respect of allegation alleged against them within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioners in W.P.Nos.22573 and 22574 of 2015 were working as Salesmen and the petitioner in W.P.No.22575 of 2015 was working as Shop Supervisor at Shop No.884, Retail TASMAC Shop. They were placed under suspension by an order dated 01.10.2014.

In these circumstances, the petitioners have filed these three writ petitions seeking for a direction to the respondent to pay them subsistence allowance from the date of suspension and also sought for a direction to conclude the enquiry relating to the allegations alleged against them within a stipulated period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the narrow prayer made, all these three Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondent to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioners from 01.10.2014, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and continue to pay the subsistence allowance every Month on or before 10th of every succeeding month, till the completion of the disciplinary proceedings. The respondent is also directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders thereon, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
