ORDER

This petition has been filed by the accused No.A6 and A7 to quash the FIR in Crime No.489 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet also filed on 9.08.2018 and based on the said charge sheet, a case was taken on file in STC.No.602 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Erode and hence this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
