The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the complaint dated 10.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint lodged by one Ramarajan, Petition Enquiry is pending.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police, and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent police for interrogation and enquiry. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
