Dated 4.7.2013 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pass final orders in the petitioner's domestic enquiry proceedings dated 12.1.2012 and the completed enquiry report dated 13.3.2013. O R D E R

In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27953 of 2013 dated 25.4.2018, no further orders are required in this writ petition in view of the fact that the relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the enquiry notice issued by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
