This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that, the petitioner has alleged that the logo of Madras Bar Association has been used by the opposite party. It is for the Madras Bar Association to lodge the complaint, if there is any misuse of its logo.

4.
