This petition is filed to condone the delay of 414 days in filing the appeal in Criminal Appeal in S.C.No.17 of 2022, on the file of the Sessions Court for Magalir Neethi Mandram, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
