Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. They are all in agreement that pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court by order dated 16.10.2015, the Provisional Certificate (Provisional Pass Certificate-2) has been issued to the petitioner and a Memo, dated 30.01.2016 to that effect has also been filed by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and
3. Hence, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
