The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to investigate the case and file the final report in respect of Crime No.222 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.222 of 2015 and the enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
