Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to delete the names of respondents 2 and 3 in patta No.725 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the said property. 2.The petitioner claims that erroneously, the names of respondents 2 and 3 have been included in patta No.725 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the said property and therefore, separate patta will have to be issued in his favour excluding the names of respondents 2 and 3. The petitioner had given a representation for the aforesaid purpose on 29.12.2025 to the first respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed writ petition.
.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 2 and 3, notice to respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with by this Court.
.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of respondents 2 and 3 and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 seeking for deletion of the names of respondents 2 and 3 in patta No.725 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of respondents 2 and 3 and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
