2. The petitioners were working as Salesmen at Shop No.912, Retail TASMAC Shop. They were placed under suspension by an order dated 02.04.2014.

3. In these circumstances, the petitioners have filed the above two writ petitions seeking for a direction to the respondent to pay them subsistence allowance from the date of suspension and also sought for a direction to conclude the enquiry relating to the allegations alleged against them within a stipulated period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the narrow prayer made, both these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondent to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioners from 02.04.2014, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and continue to pay the subsistence allowance every Month on or before 10th of every succeeding month, till the completion of the disciplinary proceedings. The respondent is also directed to conclude the enquiry relating to the allegations alleged against the petitioners and pass final orders thereon, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
