[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] When the matter is called today for reporting compliance, it is submitted by Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned State Government Counsel appearing for the Sixth and Seventh Respondents that when notices to remove encroachments were sought to be served upon the Private Respondents, they refused to receive the same. Therefore, notices were affixed on their doors. Thereafter, an inspection was also made on the subject property, as per the order of this Court dated 08.07.2021.

In view of that, it is open to the Official Respondents to proceed with the eviction proceedings, following due process of law and no further orders are required in this matter.
