ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner vide judgement and order dated 30.01.2023 passed in Special S.C.No.03 of 2019 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the appeal.

After arguing for a considerable length of time, when this Court has gone through the veracity of the deposition of P.W.1, who is the victim, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that he will withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
