This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute without following the due process of law.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that as on date there is neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner.
4. In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise.
