PRAYER : Review Applications filed under Order 47 Rules 1 r/w Section 114 of CPC against the order dated 17.06.2015 passed in W.A.Nos.1620 and 1675 of 2003, on the file of this Court. For petitioner : Mr.K.Jayachandran in both cases For respondents : Mr.Vikram Ramakrishnan Central Government Standing Counsel for respondents in both cases *** COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the respondents has conceded that in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the matter would have to be heard on merits, as the Hon'ble Supreme Court has remitted back the matters to the High Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents/Union of India states that similar matters are pending now before the Rajasthan High Court, Andhra Pradesh High Court and Karnataka High Court as well as this Court, and thus, they moved the Honourable Supreme

Court for the purpose of consolidation of these matters in one Court.

3. The review applications are allowed and the writ appeals are restored to their original file.
