2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has got no serious objection in allowing the application and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application stands allowed and the ex-parte decree 18.12.2013 passed against the defendant is hereby set aside.

4. Post the suit on 11.04.2018 for withdrawal.
