This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission to conduct the cultural and dance program in the event of the festival of Arulmigu Muthumariamman, Sri Moopanar, Sri Sadaiyappanar, Sri Vinayagar Thirukoil, Ambedkar Street, Poolambadi, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, on 28.05.2022 from 08.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, submitted that the representation given by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent Police on 17.05.2022, since there are two groups belonging to different communities, who want to conduct the festival and there is a potential law and order problem while conducting the festival. 3.In view of the above development, no orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
