Respondents PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to initiate action against the 5th Respondent as contemplated in Section 202 & 205 of the panchayats Act 1994 for the gross violation of the provisions of Right to Information Act 2000 and the powers envisaged under the Panchayats Act 1994 in issuing the letter dated 22/09/2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents 1,3 and 4 and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 5 and with their consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to initiate action against the 5th Respondent as contemplated in Section 202 & 205 of the Panchayats Act 1994 for the gross violation of the provisions of Right to Information Act 2000 and the powers envisaged under the Panchayats Act 1994 in issuing the letter dated 22/09/2014.
3. On going through the representation of the petitioner and also on going through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has not proved anything to answer his prayer in his favour. Therefore, when the averments or allegations are as vague as it could be, the writ petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
