The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the F.I.R., on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2019.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.12.2019, a detailed enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and the same was closed on 22.01.2020. Therefore, the petition is devoid of merits.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in accordance with law, if so advised.
